Refund policy

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you name, receives the goods. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.

To cancel, email us at hello@bathely.com with your order number. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough.

RETURNING THE GOODS

Once you have told us you are cancelling, send the goods back within 14 days.

Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we pay. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

REFUNDS

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you providing proof of postage, whichever is sooner. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

We refund the price you paid plus standard outbound delivery. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the standard rate only.

If the goods have been handled more than was necessary to check that they work, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.

OUR 90-NIGHT GUARANTEE

Separately from your legal rights above, we offer a 90-night guarantee. Use the Bathely Pod every night for 90 nights. If your retainer, aligner, night guard or denture is not visibly cleaner, email us and we will refund you in full. You do not need the original packaging.

This is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them. It does not reduce your 14-day cancellation right or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage. After 30 days you remain entitled to a repair or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.
